Living Well February 2026
In the February 2026 Living Well column for Today’s Family Magazine, I answer two fantastic questions.
First, I helped a mom explore a feeling so many parents are familiar with: feeling disconnected. I offer some steps to get curious about how she got here and some tools for getting into the present moment and out of autopilot living.
Next, I responded to a question from a mom who feels exhausted from managing everything for her family. I write about why this dynamic so often leads to resentment and arguments, and how getting the work out of your head and onto paper can shift the conversation from blame to partnership. Instead of “you vs. your spouse,” I offer a way to look at the mental load as the real issue—and explore how naming, sorting, and sharing responsibilities can open the door to more support, understanding, and connection at home.
