You love each other. You’ve built a life together. But that doesn’t mean being together always feels the way you want it to.
Maybe you keep having the same arguments. You’re acting more like co-parents or roommates than partners. Or maybe things are fine, but you want them to be even better.
I help couples understand what’s getting in the way, change the patterns that aren’t working, and learn new ways of relating so they can feel better together and enjoy the life they’ve built.
You deserve to enjoy your relationship.
Start here
Many couples say:
We have so much to be grateful for.
Why can’t we enjoy what we have?
Know what they want, but don’t know how to get there.
Instead, they:
Keep having the same argument, even when they swear you won’t.
Don’t feel heard, understood, or appreciated.
Want to have more connection, intimacy, and fun together.
You deserve help now.
We’re going to go for it
The patterns you’re struggling with will probably show up in our sessions. That’s a good thing. It gives us a chance to see what’s actually happening between you.
I’ll point out when you’re doing the things you say you want to stop doing. I’ll tell you the truth about what I see, help each of you understand your part in the pattern, and give you new ways to respond.
But I won’t do the work for you.
Real change happens when each of you becomes willing to step out of what’s familiar and make a change. More of the same will give you more of the same. The relationship you want lives on the other side of doing something differently.
What if being together could feel better?
Imagine:
Being able to talk about something hard without ending up in the same fight.
Asking for what you need without attacking, apologizing, or shutting down.
Understanding what’s happening when one of you gets triggered, and know what to do.
Feeling like you’re on the same team.
More honesty. More intimacy. More laughter. More fun.
Not because you’re in a perfect relationship, but because you’ve learned how to show up differently inside the one you have.
You deserve to enjoy each other.
My Approach
I combine my work as a Certified Adult Chair® Coach with my advanced training in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) through the Relational Life Institute (I am in their Relational Life Coach training program) to help people create change both individually and as a couple.
We’ll pay attention to what’s happening in your relationship today while also getting curious about the experiences, beliefs, and protective patterns you bring with you.
The goal is to help each of you show up more fully, take responsibility for your part, and gain more intimacy and connection.
Let’s begin,
Let’s start with 90 minutes
90 minutes | Complimentary
You’ll share what’s happening in your relationship, what each of you wants to be different, and what may be getting in the way.
I’ll ask a lot of questions. We’ll begin looking at the patterns between you, and you’ll get a feel for what it’s like to work with me.
At the end, we’ll talk honestly about what I’m seeing and whether continuing together feels like the right next step.
Complimentary Initial Couples Session
75 minutes | $125
If we decide to continue, we’ll use our sessions to understand and change the patterns that keep getting in the way while practicing new ways of communicating, responding, repairing, and relating to each other.
Couples often begin meeting every other week, and we’ll decide together what makes sense for you.
