Life coaching helps people bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be in life. Life coaching is a collaborative process where as a coach, I help individuals identify goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in my client’s personal and professional lives.

My sessions are typically 60-minutes long and are held over Zoom or sometimes in person at my home in Shaker Heights, Ohio. During our time together, we set a goal for the session. As an intuitive guide, I listen to my clients and use a variety of tools to help them make positive changes. Our sessions are interactive and powerful!

The Adult Chair is a coaching model that teaches clients to live from their highest self. This means living in the present moment with fact and truth and setting boundaries knowing your own self-worth. While seated in the Adult Chair, we can deeply connect with our inner child’s needs and feelings and objectively observe our adolescent’s behaviors. It is here, and only here, that we can become aware of—and overcome—the emotional triggers and negative patterns that hold us back. This is how we move forward in our lives.

Yes, I offer both. Most sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, providing flexibility and convenience. For those local to Shaker Heights, Ohio, in-person sessions at my home are also available upon request.

I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

I take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), I recommend that you check with your provider to see if they cover coaching services.

During our sessions, you'll explore various aspects of yourself, develop strategies for personal growth, and gain tools to navigate life's challenges. This process involves commitment, self-reflection, and a willingness to embrace change for your personal and parenting journey.

I often assign homework so that you can continue work on your progress between sessions.
