When you’re tired of feeling stuck (and don’t know where to begin)
Tip: Start here!
You take care of your family. You manage the schedules and the house. You get your work done (and then some). It’s happening!
And on the outside? It looks like you’ve made it. The kids are at their sports practices on time. Dinner is on the table. Laundry gets done. Costco runs are complete. You even have time to host the extended family for summer barbeques and get to the pool on the weekend.
But on the inside?
You feel… off.
You’re going through the motions. You’re stuck in a loop of responsibilities, your mental load feels heavy, and you struggle with low-grade resentment. You’re not sure how to admit it or even who you could talk to about it.
You tell yourself, “be grateful,” “stay quiet,” or “this will pass.”
Maybe you have said it out loud to a friend. Admitted you’re not as happy as you’d like to be. Or heard someone speak your truth on an Instagram reel or on a podcast. But you’re not sure what do with that truth. At the end of the day when the house finally goes quiet, you admit to yourself: “I don’t feel like myself. I’m not enjoying this life I’ve built.”
You might not even know what “yourself” is supposed to feel like anymore. You just know this isn’t it. Call it what you want, but I call this being stuck.
What stuck really looks like
A stuck person isn’t doing nothing. In fact, it more likely looks like doing everything… but feeling empty.
It looks like:
Snapping at your kids, then feeling guilt flood your body.
Filling your calendar but feeling unfulfilled or unexcited about it.
Wanting time alone but dreading the silence when it comes.
Wondering if this is all there is and then judging yourself for not being more grateful.
Telling yourself you should just get more done, but underneath it all, you’re just… tired.
It’s the quiet disconnect from yourself and the ache to find your way back.
And it doesn’t require a dramatic life overhaul. It starts with the awareness that something is off and the desire to make a change.
The overhaul you need
You don’t need a massive life change. You just need space and support.
Here’s what I’ve learned, both personally and in coaching other women: We don’t shift through willpower. We shift by getting honest, slowing down, and tuning in.
That’s why I created Connect to Reset, a one-hour private session designed to help you do exactly that.
You’ll start with a reflection to uncover where in your life you feel the most stuck, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Then we’ll meet for a one-on-one session where I’ll gently help you explore what’s under the surface and what your body, your thoughts, and your emotions are trying to tell you.
Together, we’ll reconnect you with your inner wisdom and I’ll provide you with simple tools to support you moving forward.
